Thanks! And you're very welcome akusfan.
I just got a new digital, and it came with this awesome picture software. So I've just put up on the site two pics that I've messed around with a little. One of which is very rare that I found a long time ago. I still haven't been able to find where I got it. The other is from the new video. But anyway.. I hope you guys likey (Amy word.. aka Ams!).

I've seen hard times and I've been told there is a reason for it all.

I read late last year in an article covering the process of making Paper Airplane where the columnist made a passing remark that caught me off guard. The author of the article said during the visit to R.L. Castleman's house when he was in need of inspiration from Alison the two of them smoked grape flavored cigars (Backwoods maybe?) I thought she was done with that habit!

I don't recall what article that was from...sorry! It might have been a British columnist. I've seen and read too many articles for me to keep track of them all. My gut feeling is the author is telling the truth.
She contends, for instance, that the tour buses only came past her house because they were "on the way to somebody else's.
"Nobody would get on that tour bus to go see my house," she maintains, continuing to laugh at herself. "Driving by, it looked like crap, a big mudhole with dogs running around and trash in the yard. I could just hear them (the star-hungry tourists) going home saying, `I tell you what! That Alison Krauss, she lives like a pig! And you should have seen her wearing that towel and that awful robe! Smoking that cig!' "

Honestly, I don't care what Alison does with her own body. I mean, I'm curious about it; I'd like to know if she still smokes, etc. just because I'm nosy. But more power to her for smoking cigars, if that's what floats her boat.
~+~ "But behind their backs they made the old sign to ward off the evil eye - and to avert, too, the bold black eye of Mistress Anne Boleyn, in whose glances the King now lived and died..." ~+~
Those little flavored cigars are actually better for a person than cigarettes, practically no nicotene and neglible other contaminants. I smoke Prime Times myself. Plus not near as addictive so I can get by on about 6 of them a week.
