one of my favourite AK+US songs to listen to when I'm at work (yup, I have all my AK+US albums mp3-ed on my hard drive so I have distractions here - makes the time fly!) is 'Lose again' - never fails to get my toes tapping, I just have to watch out the boss isn't walking by when I am!

mine at the moment is nickel creek 'when you come back down'. its been in my head 4 a couple hours. its such a great song. i love it!
