stumbling across this small piece (9:10 m / 1994) with Chet Atkins, Pat Bergeson and a crassy R.L. Kass (Castleman), an instrumental followed by some talking on the couch, the YouTube machinery recommended this - in every way which - quality concert presentation ( 1:10 h / 2011 ) by a Joe Robinson Trio with support by Pat Bergeson with a longer interview section ( 0:18 - 0:37 h ) which sheds interesting light on the solid Castleman/Bergeson relation that led at a later point to Castleman's first and (so far) only album after the fact - from Pat's all around presence as documented with this concert video it's not hard to understand that Alison and Pat gravitated to each other ... apropos Castleman - with this master piece in mind a more raw and direct follow-up to the very good but polished Castleman + ensemble album produced by Alison in 2000, although not likely, would be nice R.L. is a good storyteller too ...
