Good for me. I have finally completed my vinyl collection of Alison Krauss records (I think). The only thing I'm missing is the Different Strokes LP. Look here (http://www.popsike.com/Different-Strokes-Fiddle-Tunes-LP-Alison-Krauss/4839236684.html) and you'll see why... although this record was signed by Alison which definitely increases the value, it was also sold in 2006 (and the price of the vinyl itself w/o sig has certainly risen since then).
So... if ya'll know if I'm missing a vinyl, please let me know. What I have:
Too Late to Cry (3 copies, 1 signed) Two Highways I've Got that Old Feeling Now That I've Found You So Long, So Wrong Forget About It New Favorite Live Raising Sand Paper Airplane (2 copies)
If you haven't heard Alison on vinyl, I highly recommend doing so. Vinyl reproduces analog material with a depth and warmth you don't get from digital. Her voice oozes from the speakers. If you have any interest in collecting AKUS on vinyl and you haven't bought any, I would highly advise buying So Long, So Wrong and Live. You can still find them new in places, but the prices are starting to rise. The other stuff... you just have to be in the right place at the right time.
So who here collects Alison vinyl? And am I missing anything (I don't think all her stuff is on vinyl, at least from what I can ascertain).
