I wonder if a new album from her and the guys will be available this year. Paper Airplane will be three years old in April.

I am so sad... I'll be in the States this summer, but not in the area where they'll perform...
Does anyone know anything about plans for an European Tour?

No, sorry, I do not. In response to nascarholly, they will be on the road through July 2014. This means they won't start the recording process until mid-year and it take about 6 months to complete. Might not hear a new album until 2015.
