Great story Cara, you should consider yourself very lucky. I have never met Alison nor even heard AKUS play live. I am hoping they will tour out west some day so I can attend her concert and maybe meet them. The fact that you got to go backstage as Alison's guest and play her fiddle makes your experience extra special, one I am sure you will cherish always!  |

In one of my other posts, I said I had never met Alison, well mission accoplished, I met Alison at the Great High Mountain Tour Austin show. It was the best night of my life! She was really really nice and signed my mandolin and Cd cover. She's much prettier in person and a real nice lady. She took some pictures with me and we chatted.
