My television says that Alison will be on GAC next weekend. I do not get GAC, so if anyone does it would be swell if the interview (?) could be captured. Thx

I'm sure it'll be up on YouTube. I'm not too worried. (Also, I don't get GAC either, for the record. )

www.facebook.com/GACwww.facebook.com/OfficialAlisonKrauss?sk=app_178091127385And my DVR reads that Top Twenty Countdown: "Alison Krauss" (2012) Nan Kelley playing Friday, Saturday and Sunday at various times. My guess is that she or she & the band will be on the show promoting their new single and answering a few questions generated from Facebook. Sophie91: Call back and ask to talk to someone knowledgable. ;D

The DirectTV schedule lists her/them as being on this Friday, January 20th and repeating this Saturday and Sunday. The times are all over the place....playing 6 times in three days. Of course, I don't get GAC....

I've asked around and nobody I know gets GAC either I hope someone is able to record this. Also, Barry tweeted this. Nothing exciting, just a GAC thing with "Alison Krauss & Union Station" on it.

All you folks that don't get GAC must not have DirectTV!! I assume each of you lives where you don't have any control over what satellite company or package is received where you live, but Direct is the best out there, worth the money.

I loved DirecTV. Too bad my family had to get rid of it to pay for things like medical bills.

Were they actually on? From what I heard, this wasn't the episode that AKUS was on.

Nope. No AKUS. I just wasted 2 hours of my life watching "artists" like Toby Keith and Katy Armiger (sp?) and there was nada from AK or AKUS.

Y'know, I remember last year when the video "Paper Airplane" was announced that it was going to be on GACs Top 20 Countdown, it was shown on their website and everything the week before that it was going to be in the #20 slot. Then come broadcast day, the video never showed, instead #20 was something from some old east coast rock band that is absolutely not country, and even the web page had changed it's story. There are people in this town in power, with very dark hearts, who don't like Alison. I've overheard them at local restaurants. I think it's because she threatens everything they are about "artistically", certainly spiritually.
Better download that song she did on Transatlantic Sessions, "I Believe In You" and listen real close to the words. I am sure she chose that song to express her own feelings. "They look at me and frown, they don't want me around, cause I believe in You. They show me to the door, they say don't come back no more cause I don't be like they'd like me to, I walk out on my own a thousand miles from home but I don't feel alone, cause I believe in You."
Makes you think.
